Founded in Brescia, Italy in 1958, Buffoli entered the North American market in 1981. Since then approximately 30% of Buffoli's machine tools have been installed
in the United States, Canada and Mexico, establishing North America as a major

for years only through Representatives, since 2008 Buffoli operates through a specific team of people for sale and service. Starting from 2010 Buffoli sales are managed from Hudson Michigan. Local partners have been trained throughout North America to serve customers in the USA, Canada and Mexico.

Buffoli machines are designed as turnkey solutions to provide productivity, flexibility, accuracy and reliability in a variety of industries. Since 1981 Buffoli has installed over a hundred bar machines across the USA, Canada and Mexico (models: Trans-Bar, Trans-Bar-Collet, Trans-Bar-Double, Trans-Bar-Turn and Twin-Turn) and dozens of transfer machines and multi-station machining centers working from castings or forgings.
Even the most recent and innovative machines, like our flexible machines with multiple machining centers and CNC oriented fixtures (model Trans-N-Center) and our turning machines integrating multiple vertical lathes (model Omni-Turn), have been designed to fit the challenges of our American customers.
SERVICE IN THE USA
Buffoli North America sales and service dept. makes sure every problem has a quick solution, supporting the customers with phone or internet assistance or on-site calls, also providing spare parts, drawings of tooling, consult on Buffoli machine applications and assist in developing plans for preventive maintenance.
Phone or internet assistance: For customer questions, troubleshooting, and diagnosing problems, Buffoli North America has immediate access to the engineers who actually designed the machine and can dispatch spare parts and service engineers from USA
or from Europe to handle problems and retrofits on location.
On-site calls: Technical specialists handle on-site repairs, maintenance and installations.
Spare parts: Spare parts are stored in the USA by local partners or can be kept
at customers' site as consignment stock.
